Cap
No. 6 - Screw Type
This is a screw type cap with revolving elbow for ease of use,
suitable for most of the popular cars manufactured in Europe
and the UK since 1996.
Cap No. 7 - Bayonet / Screw Type
This cap is tapered to suit a selection of reservoir openings,
particularly those of Far Eastern manufacture with bayonet type
reservoir caps ranging from 30mm – 55mm.
It
comes with a plastic coated steel cable, threaded at both
ends (wing nuts and washers included). The cable is 36cm in
length and is passed under the brake fluid reservoir or the
master cylinder to hold the cap firmly in place, the whole
assembly then being tightened by a threaded tensioning device.
Cap No. 8 - Bayonet / Screw Type
Physically similar to the No.7 Cap, this cap is intended to
fit the larger diameter reservoir openings not covered by
the No.7 Cap, from 50mm – 80mm., both bayonet and screw
types.
Supplied
with a longer steel cable, at 43cm, and a similar tensioning
device, this cap should solve the remaining problems encoutered
when bleeding Far Eastern and Commercial Vehicles.
